Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant certificates will be an added advantage
  • Candidate with working experience in hospital industry will be an added advantage
  • 4 year experience in related industry and knowledge
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Food Safety Standards
  • Basic Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and inventory control
Responsibilities
  • Ensure to prepare MIS-en-place 3-day advance.
  • Demi Chef assists the Chef De Partie Chef with his responsibilities for the day to day running of his assigned kitchens. He replaces the Chef De Partie in their absence.
  • The Demi Chef influences the skills, knowledge, attitude, communications and team spirit of his assigned kitchen.
  • Ensure Cooking Food Temperature Control Checklist Submit to Superior by Weekly.
  • Daily Kitchen Closing Checklist Submit to CDP by daily.
