Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Cleans and prepares all basic food items.
  • Arranges all food items properly in stores.
  • Supervises subordinates.
  • Responsible for proper preparation for all dishes with regards to basic preparations, taste, temperature, garnishing and timing in accordance to the job requirements.
  • Picks up food orders.
  • Performs all other tasks assigned by Head Chef
  • Keeps the work area clean and tidy. Adheres strictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Job role in Chef or Food Preparation/Kitchen Hand.
  • Location: FOOK Restaurant, Kuala Lumpur
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
