Role and Responsibilities: 1. Help to ensure the smooth-running of kitchen section, working closely with the team to execute. 2. Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and minimal wastage. 3. Assist senior chefs where required in recipe and dish development. 4. Keep organised and ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards. 5. Deliver an exceptional experience for guests from the kitchen and in the dining room. 6. Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team. Skills & Requirements: 1. Past experience as a working chef. 2. Advanced knowledge of the culinary arts. 3. Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control. 4. Ability to run stocktaking and place orders for resupply. 5.
