  • To maintain high standard of all food preparation and hygiene in kitchen.
  • Ensuring guest delight & able to mingling with guest.
  • Developing new menu.
  • Organize and set up the assigned section of the Food & Beverage and Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity.
  • Assist Head Chef in ensuring that all culinary standards in that section comply with company and hotel policies.
  • Ensure that operating and kitchen equipment are maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Western Kitchen.
  • Have a passion for Western Cuisine.
  • Develop new menu items and regular review of variety proposed with the Executive Chef.
  • Prosses SPM, High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Qualification from a Culinary School.
