Dental Front Desk Executive

, you'll be the

first point of contact

for patients and visitors--playing a pivotal role in shaping the centre's experience. Your

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude. Manage front desk operations: appointment scheduling, registration & inquiries. Coordinate with specialists to ensure seamless clinic flow. Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing. Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders & care coordination. Support marketing activities and daily administrative needs.
Who You Are

Experience

: Minimum 1 year in customer service/front-desk roles. Dental or healthcare experience is a

plus

.

Languages

: Fluent in

English

;

Mandarin

proficiency is an added advantage.

Personality

: Cheerful, calm, proactive, and team-spirited.

Tech-savvy

: Confident with digital tools and scheduling systems.

Flexibility

: Willing to work on day shifts and weekends (clinic-based rotation). Female Only
