Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent.
One (1) year of related working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required skill(s): MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and etc)
Independent, able to handle multi-tasking
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage

Candidate must willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
Respond to emails others correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed
Complete accurate daily report documents, memos and invoices
Provide onboarding support for all new staff
Draft agendas, record minutes and created documents for meetings
Tracking of employees attendance
Employee relations management
Act as communication bridge between the departments
Coordinate communication and messages delivering within Superior and Headquarters from China and Taiwan with Malaysia
Apply for external warehouse rental payment utilities fees and company inbound costs payment
