Ensuring the application document for provisional accreditation, full accreditation, monitoring and maintenance of each programme meets the requirements and standards of MQA, MoHE and related professional bodies.
Assume role of secretariat for all accreditation visits and for the faculty to refer to throughout the process of accreditation.
Conduct periodic internal audit for provisionally accredited programmes, fully accredited programmes and all related policies/SoPs.
Coordinating the preparation of self-review report for internal / maintenance audit of each programme and develop a report to be presented in the Senate / Management Meeting.
Managing and analysing data for SETARA ranking collected yearly and develop a review report to be persented in the Senate and Management meeting.
Provide training on consultancy on the latest regulation, documentation with regards to the academic programmes.
Managing external systems used with regards to the programmes, institutions such as e-IPTS (MoHE), e-semakan eSP (MQA), EAC-AMS (EAC).
Qualification / Skills Required:
Experience and familiar with all the processes, e-modules / systems by MQA-MoHE, policies standard and documentation related to programme accreditation and programme approval processes, ranking, internal auditing, engagement and correspondence with external authorities and has some knowledge in the qualifications mapping and training.
