Our motto is to solve all the stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 headache and to revolutionize the way home renovation is done.Job descriptionWe are looking for a Deputy Finance Manager with 6 to 10 years of working experience to assist the Group Finance Manager on all accounting matters. While not requiring the person to be a professional qualified accountant, the person should have at least a degree in accounting or related field and with knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting. Nevertheless, experience with accounting software and professional qualification will be a plus factor.While technical knowledge is important, we are even more concern with the personality of the candidate. As a dynamic and forward-looking company, we seek a person who would like to want to learn new things all the times and set new challenges and targets for him/herself. While guidance and support as well as internal and external training will be provided, we expect the person to be pro-active and highly motivated.As for remuneration, other than the basic salary, we will also give 13th month bonus, performance bonus and other incentives as well as various staff benefits that is similar to those in the industry.Key requirements

  • 6 to 10 years working experience in the areas of book-keeping and accounting.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting, Finance or related fields.
  • Well versed with Financial Statements and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with bankers, auditors, company secretaries and regulatory authorities
  • Ability to work Independently as well as to lead a team when necessary.
Plus points
  • Experience in Property and/or Construction industries.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Auto Count
  • Familiar with all the tax and company secretarial related matters
  • Experience in handling all HR related matters such as payroll, EPF, Sosco etc
  • Ability to speak Mandarin for communication with China suppliers
  • Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, CA or CPA will be a plus
