This person will ensure the task of planning, administration and support will be carried to meet the company's target. Role and Responsibilities : End to end Microtakaful project implementation process Manage the overall Microtakaful Sales Model business Act as a key account to manage business relationship and rapport with internal and external partners Responsible for market opening and securing business partnership with bank institutions, retailers, telcos, government bodies and etc. Supporting and collaborating with Project Manager and other departments (Product, Operation, Claims, Customer Service and etc.) Initiating ideas for product enhancement, marketing, campaign, advertising, sales promotion and customer retention programme. Managing customer's feedback. Conduct briefing and training for sales channel/partners Prepare market analysis, sales trend analysis and post implementation monitoring Establish and monitor all guidelines and risk compliance requirement for Microtakaful Sales Model Experience and Qualification : Degree in Business Study, Mass Communication, Insurance, Marketing and other related field. Understand the agency business in Takaful/Insurance. Good networking with government agencies and corporate company. i.e. cooperative. At least 1 year experience in Insurance/Takaful/Others which related to the field. Good communication/ high negotiation skills. Experience in UAT, business requirement, ORT and system migration will be added advantage. Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
