Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Database Administration, MS Excel, MS Work.
Responsible, independent, good teamwork and ability to work under constant pressure.
Able to keep clear and accurate records and reports with good computer skills and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
Ability to organize workload and to manage a filing method and management techniques.
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to coordinate with internal & external party to solve technical/operational issues.
Assist in value management to enhance cost optimization in compliance with the required quality.
Update PD or PM on the progress of works periodically or in management meeting.
Ensure correspondence, calibration record and construction drawings are maintained and retained according to document control procedure.
Involve in sewage treatment plant structure design, preparation of various technical and engineering documentations, procedures, standards,drawing etc.
Lead & support tender / bid preparation for projects, operation activities related to consistent with the company core business.
