Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Valid driving license (e.g., motorcycle or car/van, depending on job requirement). Experience in despatch or courier work is an advantage. Ability to read delivery instructions and basic documents. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Punctual, responsible, and reliable. Strong time management and planning skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good knowledge of local routes and locations (for delivery-based roles). Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Responsibility

1. Handling Deliveries

Collect, deliver, and distribute goods, parcels, materials, and documents as instructed. Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and acknowledged by recipients. Maintain proper handling and care of items during transportation.

2. Vehicle Operation (if applicable)

Conduct routine checks and ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and roadworthy. Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.

3. Documentation & Recordkeeping

Prepare and maintain delivery logs, proof-of-delivery (POD), and related documentation. Ensure delivery orders, invoices, and other documents are properly recorded and returned. Update supervisors on delivery status and outstanding tasks.

4. Internal Support

Perform basic office or operational tasks as required by the department. Support stock movements or inventory checks when needed.

5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure safe handling of goods, especially fragile or high-value materials. Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures. Keep work areas, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized.
