Delivering documents, packages, or goods to specified locations efficiently and promptly, as assigned.
Planning and executing the most effective delivery route using navigation tools to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Ensuring comprehensive documentation, including necessary paperwork, receipts, and signatures, is obtained upon delivery or collection.
Conducting routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle (e.g., fuel, oil, tires) to maintain proper working condition.
Interacting professionally with customers and clients during deliveries, providing necessary information or assistance.
Maintaining meticulous records of deliveries, including timestamps, received items, and any deviations from delivery instructions.
Performing department dispatch duties, scheduling, and dispatching tasks promptly and accurately.
Visiting banks to handle financial matters related to the company's operations, such as deposits, withdrawals, or other banking requirements.
Handling miscellaneous tasks assigned by superiors, including organizing and maintaining office common areas, maintaining office equipment, filing, moving files to storage, and other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement:
Must utilize a personal motorbike as the primary mode of transportation to fulfill tasks, maintaining its good working condition and ensuring legal registration.
