JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Despatch Clerk Duties

Collection and bank in cheques from customer Pick up and deliver goods from customers and suppliers Attending banking matters, collecting and sending document Collect and deliver letters and documents to auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, post offices, and other relevant parties Handle submissions for business licenses and other interactions with government departments Any other responsibilities assigned by Management

Driver Duties

Ensure safe and timely transportation of workers, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies Standby during office hours and outside office hours as needed to provide transportation support Adapt to changes in schedules or routes as required Utilize GPS and other navigation tools for efficient route planning and timely arrivals Stay familiar with local traffic patterns and routes to optimize travel time Perform regular checks and basic maintenance on the company vehicle to ensure it remains in good working order Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition, reporting any issues or necessary repairs

JOB REQUIREMENT:-

Possess minimum SPM or equivalent. Possess valid motorcycle & car license Minimum 2 year(s) working experience in same field of work Able to work independently and work well in a fast-paced environment. Able to drive outstation and long hours when required. Experience and familiar with the routes in Klang valley area.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
