Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY: - Banking matters such as cheque/cash deposits, withdrawals and transfers. Postage services and payment of bills to authorities. External dispatch services for all business-related matters, to get and to deliver. Purchase groceries for Company. Run errands for Company Directors. Delivery of company products to customer/outlet/factory and vice versa. In the absence of company driver, assist in picking up and sending guests/overseas staff. Assist in administration general work such as fixing, dismantling, packing and shifting of office equipments. Any other related job as may be required by immediate supervisor, Head of Department and the Management. To follow instruction from superior and work according to schedule. To seek advice and confirmation from immediate supervisor when in doubt. To handle delivery with care and responsible. To complete assignment efficiently and effectively. To return to office upon completion of dispatch jobs given for the session. To inform supervisor in the event of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
