As a Development Lead for equities products across Private Bank and Wealth Management segments, you will drive requirements on all initiatives related to Equities product stream. This will range from strategic platform roll out across global locations, to incremental improvements as needed by the business for specific region / market.
Responsibilities
Engage with business users from Product Owner, front office, dealing, middle office, operations, compliance, risk, as well as key technology stakeholders to help deliver technology solutions for the Private Bank & Wealth Management segments across the equity platform
Apply front-to-back knowledge of securities while designing and delivering optimal solutions. Understand and work around restrictions and support management in the decision-making process through design thinking and offering different options
Deliver business requirements, process mapping, functional specifications, integration requirements and specification in accordance with the Agile project management methodologies. Ensure alignment between technology and business teams during development and testing phases though to deployment
Assist with training and rollout of enhancements to dealers, relationship managers and investment advisors
Mandatory Skills
Frameworks - Spring, Spring boot, Spring batch, ReactJS,DB-SQL Server
Over 10 years of working experience in software development, full stack development is preferred
Technical Tools: Confluence/Jira/Bitbucket or Git, CI/CD (Maven, Git, Jenkins), Development IDE such as Eclipse, Intelij IDEA or VS Code
Cloud: Well versed with migrating applications from on-premises to cloud -AWS, Strong on IaC \xe2\x80\x93 terraforms, Ansible
Understanding of cyber security \xe2\x80\x93 risks and their mitigations
Agile development experience
Hands-on working experience in release management and providing technical support (PSS)
