• Strengthening the team\'s capabilities to consistently uphold the inventory of system features and data maps within the cards domain
• Strategizing technical deliverables, such as system enhancements and upgrades, to align with project requirements, budget constraints, and timelines
• Collaborating across various application teams to navigate and manage technical interdependencies within the solution
• Strategically planning, monitoring, and mitigating risks or issues related to technical delivery
• Partnering with the Development Manager to oversee the enhancement projects within the application teams
• Collaborating with the Test Manager to ensure comprehensive testing coverage, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance/load testing, and application security testing, resulting in high-quality outcomes

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Delivery, Project, Stakeholder & Vendor Management, including team management responsibilities
• Prior experience in systems development, encompassing coding, functional specifications, technical specifications, systems development, and testing
• Hands-on expertise in Mainframe, specifically Cardlink/VisionPlus, and proficiency in Cobol, CICS, and JCL
• Sound understanding and experience in the software development life cycle
• Ability to comprehend JSON, HTML code
• Proficiency in Advanced CICS and experience with APIs or MQ.
