Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Development Lead specializing in .NET technologies to oversee and drive the successful delivery of software projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, software development, and team coordination, with a deep understanding of .NET frameworks and related technologies.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage software development projects and enhancements, including resource scheduling, bug tracking, impact analysis, and quality assurance.
• Implementation Oversight: Track and control all phases and activities of project implementation, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Integration Coordination: Collaborate with other teams to integrate applications and ensure seamless functionality across systems.
• Release Management: Oversee software releases, installations, and upgrade processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose issues, perform bug fixes, and handle software maintenance or configuration tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on architecture design and solutioning.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Stored Procedures, JavaScript, Web Services, MSSQL, UML, and ER/EER diagrams.
• Understanding of SDLC and processes recommended by PMBOK.
• Development experience with MVC architecture, AJAX, and jQuery is preferred.
• Knowledge and Exposure: Hands-on experience with regional vendors/subcontractors and user environments.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Additional Skills: Web analytics and SEO experience are advantageous.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer problems.
