The Role Responsibilities
Job Role
  • Engages stakeholders on a regular basis on the progress of the projects and initiatives.
  • Ensures business needs are met whilst delivering within budget and with quality.
  • Identify skills gaps in the team and ensure adequate training and development.
  • Ensures resources are assigned to various tasks based on skills sets.
  • Consistently looking for service improvements areas / plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • User Acceptance Testing support that includes test environment set-up / configuration, batch execution and responding to business queries and clarifications.
  • Perform RPG / CL / REST API / SOAP API coding and testing, aligning to best practices for efficient system performance.
  • Engages stakeholders on a regular basis on the progress of the projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective).
  • Ensures business needs are met whilst delivering within budget and with quality.
  • Supports production issue investigation and resolution whenever need arises.
  • Analysis of user stories and assessment of changes required in the system.
  • Supports project deployment activities and post implementation monitoring.
  • Consistently looking for service improvements areas / plans.
  • Must be adaptive and welcoming constant changes.
  • Story points estimation and sub-task estimation.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
