ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled

DevOps Engineer

with strong expertise in cloud platforms to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure. You'll be part of an international, multi-country team that values automation, innovation, and reliability. This role includes participation in a monthly on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support for one week per month to ensure system uptime and rapid incident response.



You will play a key role in enabling automation, improving deployment efficiency, and supporting the development team with reliable and secure Azure-based solutions.

YOUR TASKS

YOUR PROFILE

Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability across environments. Automate deployment, scaling, and recovery processes. Collaborate with developers and SREs to improve system reliability and efficiency. Participate in a one-week monthly on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support to respond to incidents and maintain service continuity. Document operational procedures and contribute to incident postmortems and root cause analysis.
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering. Strong knowledge of

Linux

,

cloud platforms

(

AWS, Azure

), and

container orchestration

(

Docker, Kubernetes

). + Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g.,

Bash, Python

).
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g.,

Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog

). Monitor and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and cost efficiency. Having strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as a positive attitude with a collaborative spirit.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards. Exposure to incident management and SRE principles.
