With a team of 60 talented individuals, we are committed to transforming the way education is delivered in the Southeast Asian region and beyond.We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Lead to lead our DevSecOps team. The ideal candidate will manage a small team of DevSecOps engineers, ensuring best practices and good infrastructure design, implementing industry-level security and controls, optimizing costs, and remaining hands-on with technical tasks. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of DevSecOps principles.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 2-3 DevSecOps engineers.
Develop and implement strategies for secure, efficient, and cost-effective DevSecOps practices.
Oversee organization access and control, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
Ensure best practices for security across all systems and processes.
Design and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure.
Identify and implement cost optimization strategies for infrastructure.
Stay hands-on with technical tasks, including automation, scripting, and security audits.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of DevSecOps practices with business goals.Qualifications:
Proven experience in a DevSecOps or similar role.
Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools. Preferably AWS.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
