We are looking for an exceptional Manager to be a part of the Strategy and Planning team in the Digibank. You will lead specific strategic projects, and drive key planning of organisational milestones. The role will be based in Malaysia, and will be under the Chief of Staff's office. Get to know the Role: Drive project planning and project manage cross-functional projects for the organisation, including setting and actively tracking key milestones and deliverables. Assist senior executives and stakeholders in formulating and driving business strategy. The day-to-day activities: Advise and support cross-functional teams in issues resolution - for example, providing a fact base, breaking down complex problems to identify key issues and advising on the practicalities of implementation or leading actual execution Develop short-term and long-term performance goals for the organisation Partner with the leadership team to communicate our objectives across internal and external stakeholders Review and refresh overall strategy to ensure alignment with management expectations and needs The must haves: A degree with good honours from a top tier university. An MBA from a top-tier university will be a bonus Highly proficient in quantitative analyses - You enjoy absorbing large amounts of data and qualitative insights and can quickly develop a strong narrative that leads to recommendations and builds our understanding of the business Strong organisational skills in project management and attention to detail Strong strategic communication and presentation skills At least 6-8 years of working experience. Prior experience in financial services or banking preferred Strong team player with a can-do attitude, rolling up your sleeves and being adaptable and flexible - grit is a characteristic well-valued Highly comfortable and able to context switch and perform in a semi-structured, dynamic, fast-paced environment A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
