Job Description

Job Duration:

This position offers a dynamic 4-month program in collaboration with myTalentlabs, comprising a 1-month paid theoretical knowledge training phase, followed by a 3-month paid industrial training experience.

Allowance:

A monthly allowance of RM 2,000 will be provided.

Industrial Training :

• Engaging in meetings and building strong relationships with clients to understand and define their advertising needs.

• Collaborating with agency colleagues to develop creative and cost-effective advertising campaigns in alignment with the client\'s brief and budget.

• Presenting campaign ideas and budget proposals to clients, often in conjunction with the account manager, to gain approval and feedback.

• Assisting the account manager in providing comprehensive briefs to media, creative, and research teams, and contributing to the development of effective marketing strategies.

• Maintaining regular and effective communication with both the client and the advertising agency, serving as a vital link between the two parties.

• Facilitating smooth communication and information exchange throughout the project lifecycle.

• Skillfully negotiating with clients and agency personnel to address campaign-related details and contributing to report writing.

• Showcasing creative work to clients for review and seeking their approval or incorporating modifications based on their feedback.

• Age below 30 years old.
• Hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Currently unemployed and actively seeking new opportunities.
• Malaysian citizens or hold a relevant valid visa to working Malaysia
