Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our team in the digital marketing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end paid ads campaigns on various social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of online advertising technologies, metrics, and optimization strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for paid ads campaigns.
• Create, manage, and optimize online paid advertising campaigns across different channels.
• Develop landing pages and apply effective black hat techniques.
• Analyze and report campaign results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work with designers to create engaging ad visuals and copy.

• A Diploma in Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing paid advertising budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
• Ability to work remotely.

• In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising channels and technologies, including social media advertising (Meta business, Google ads, Tiktok ads, and more).
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving approach.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
