This position is based in Malaysia, Subang Jaya and reports to the Global Product Lead. About the Global Digital Hub: The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design. About the position: The Digital Campaign Specialist is a technically-qualified person that strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in digital campaigns and projects. The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for supporting Roche affiliates and/or divisions in executing on the digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The role supports stakeholders in developing their digital performance and ensures they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals. Your day to day responsibilities are: Triage request for digital campaigns and projects with the right stakeholders: Executing and supporting digital marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction Actively support the development of new digital strategic plans that contributes to achieving Roche objectives Lead and/or collaborate on creating bold, impactful campaign creatives while defining and enforcing structured guidelines Manage updates of marketing materials in a timely manner in close collaboration with product management and other relevant stakeholder depending on the product updates Manage projects hands-on, ensuring commitment to priorities and timelines and being a successful partner in local marketing activities Interact and collaborate with cross functional teams to set up and own the timely execution of a campaigns across multiple channels and platforms What can you bring to our team: University degree (marketing, business etc.) or equivalent professional experience Experience in a digital campaign management including campaign implementation & optimisation and analytics reporting Experience in cross-channel campaigns and individual deliverables (i.e. email, social, display, websites, video, radio, and print) is a plus Competent handling different digital platforms (CRM, CMS, Social channels, etc.) English proficiency Excellent organization and project management skills, deadline, vendor/agency management, budget management Ability to work in global environment Quick learner, passionate about technologies and web Dynamic and flexible in working with different tools Creativity and strong problem-solving skills Customer-focused behavior in everything you do Good understanding of communication capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment Great interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create and maintain well-functioning relationships with internal stakeholders and other 3rd party providers Highly creative, innovative, forward thinking marketer with the ability to demonstrate awareness of digital trends In exchange we provide you with: Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
