About the job:

• Engage with the team to define communication strategies and requirements..

• Conduct market research through techniques such as A/B testing to guide the marketing strategy.

• Developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns in social media and Google Ads to increase lead generation, brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.

• Reviewing and proofreading all digital content such as blogs, social media content, advertisements, and website copy.

• Keep the website pages up to date, and ensure content always provides attractive news to customers.

• Ensuring the efficiency and optimization of the digital ecosystem through SEO, SEM, and SMO.

• Supervising and managing all digital activities including websites and social media.

• Monitoring and interpreting digital analytics.

• Generating and presenting digital marketing reports and analyses for feedback.

• Measuring ROI and KPIs

• Implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.

• Prepare and execute our Communication Strategic Plan to support divisional requirements, delivering product recognition in multiple markets using a variety of channels

• Manage and monitor the budget, allocating resources appropriately and documenting the return on marketing investment.

• Lead Trade Fair and exhibition management, from communication concept to stand build-up

• Safeguard branding compliance for all external communication

• Contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives by ensuring that stakeholders are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

• Work within corporate policies and procedures and demonstrate expected behaviors aligned with professional conduct.

• Comply with the Company's Safety, Health & Environmental policies, and Business Code of Practice.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Digital Communication Specialist
• Self-motivated, yet customer-focused
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC.
• Microsoft Office, Excel, CPC, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Website Optimizer, CPE, SEMrush, A/B Testing, MOZ
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on attention to detail and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
• High level of motivation and commitment with excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task. Be a perceptive and strategic thinker
• Ability to build relationships and work with a wide range of organizations, individuals and external agencies.
• Motivate and coach colleagues
• Ability to work independently, show initiative and work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight to support events
