About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Digital Content Specialist to create incredible content. You will work directly with the Founder and apply your content creation expertise to ideate and create incredible content, helping the business build its brand.

About You

You embody a can-do attitude, displays critical thinking capabilities by asking the right questions and exemplify strong stakeholder management skills. You have writing and publishing experience for web or social media. You have a healthy obsession with social media, especially Instagram.

For this role, you should be able to:

• Create and schedule regular posts on all social media channels;
• Create Canva graphics for posts;
• Ensure all content is created and updated in a timely fashion to the highest possible editorial standards;
• Reply to comments on posts and engage with people on social media;
• Send hot leads and book the appointment in the diary;
• Monitor and reply to comments on social media;
• Create email newsletter drafts based on notes/discussions;
• Other ad-hoc marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Degree in Journalism, Communications or equivalent;
• At least five (5) years of work experience in social media marketing or a similar role;
• Manadrin speaking is essential
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload and multi-task;
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English to confidently communicate with Australian team and clients;
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
