Job Details: Position : Digital Content Creator (Mandarin Speaker) Company Industry : Oil & Gas Working Hours : Mon - Fri (9AM - 6PM) Working Mode: Hybrid (3 day WFO, 2 days WFH) | Outstation based on project Working Duration: 12 Months contract with PERSOLKELLY Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Must have 1 - 3 years working experience in digital content creator Required to travel 70% of the time (East & West Malaysia) Have experience in creating and managing media content across various platform eg: Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content optimization. Proficiency in multimedia editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, etc.). Excellent mandarin written and verbal communication skills as most of the customers are Chinese Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Creativity and a passion for storytelling. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed content decisions.
