• Video production experience - you\'re intimately familiar with in-app creator tools across social platforms and know your way around a video editing software like Adobe Premiere
• Familiarity with in-app creator tools on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Proficient in Canva, Capcut or similar photo/video editing software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful video projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate creative concepts into effective visual content.
• In-tune with social trends, even before they IT; ability to respond ASAP to trends/memes to capitalize on those opportunities
• Solid interpersonal skills and passion for engaging with our social media communities

• Strategize with the team on trends, best practices, and ways to constantly improve content quality
• Understand reporting and optimization recommendations based upon relevant KPIs to optimize social media content
• Social media content research. Conceptualize, script, produce, and shoot short-form video content and stills on set, video editing, and image archiving
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop engaging content that resonates with our core audience and reflects brand values
• Conceptualize and execute on content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions
• Must have experience in creating content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Assists with influencer & ambassador program, paid media creative strategy, and event planning
• Research and compile social trends, ideas, competitors\' best-in-class examples, and cutting-edge executions to inform and propose new content
• Work cross-functionally to help promote different product features, launches and initiatives like podcasts, course updates, and internal initiatives
• Evolve our short-form video strategy with an eye towards quantitative analysis: run lots of content experiments and iterate on the ones that work.
