Have 2 years above working experience in Social Media Marketing in-house or at media, marketing or advertising agencies
Possess Degree in marketing or a related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with management of social media platforms, email campaigns and website content.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Develop the monthly social media content calendar.
Oversee day to day management of all social media accounts: Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Google My Business - with a view to add twitter/ we chat in the future
Devise social media messaging in synergy with wider brand marketing campaigns, storytelling, events and activations.
Audit and analyse social media presence, engagement, following, analyse social trends and data and measure success of social media campaigns to justify the value of social media in building the brand.
Develop and execute content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness(creative & copy) editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), TikTok content
Ensure content created is optimised for platforms and adhering to best practice
Initiate and drive influencer strategy & engagement in collaboration with the marketing team to leverage social media opportunities.
Drive traffic to the brand website through various social media channels.
Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimise content and performance based on insights.
