Job Description




Our client is a retail healthcare firm. In order to strengthen the growth of their business, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Digital & E-Commerce, Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading, planning and executing all web, marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns along with local brand management team.
  • Overseeing, managing and expanding the Company\'s current social media presence, including studying and adopting new social media platforms and the use of Google Analytics and SEO and ensuring company social media properties are in full compliance with the current legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing innovative digital initiative to optimize web channel and online properties.
  • Responsible for training and guidance to the Team on digital marketing implementation, best practices and strategies.
  • Tracking and analysing data on audience growth rates, reach and engagement and produce comprehensive marketing evaluation reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaign developments.
  • Managing and leading the content calendar of social media posting in the company.
  • Staying abreast and sharing insight on digital marketing landscapes by keeping current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Analyzing industry and competitor trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
  • Working with e-commerce agency to develop e-commerce business for the brands in Malaysia.
  • Managing customer data platform (CDP) for marketing campaign purposes, gathering data into centralized consumer profiles to enable the company to identify and easily engage with consumers.
  • Responsible for the organization\'s membership loyalty mobile app to increase visibility, increase user acquisition and engagement, and generate revenue.
  • Preparing progress reports on activities to the Head of marketing.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s Degree in Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing. Preferably in nutrition, consumer health and OTC or from e-commerce background.
  • Good working knowledge on Marketing and Analytics platforms (e.g. Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEMRush, SimilarWeb, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Trends and etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge on ad setup in social media platforms such as FB, Insta, Tik Tok.
  • Familiar with Google platforms, including Youtube.
  • Able to harness the power of e-commerce. Familiar with ad setups and media buys in Lazada and Shopee.
  • Basic knowledge on Wordpress will be an added advantage.
