Serves as the operational link between senior leadership and department teams. Manages day-to-day functions, drives process optimization, tracks key performance metrics, and facilitates innovation, quality assurance, and collaboration across units.
Translate departmental strategies into clear, measurable targets and executable plans.
Align and coordinate activities, workflows, and initiatives across all units and functions.
Oversee project milestones, timelines, and cross-departmental collaboration efforts.
Policy & Process Management
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for digital learning operations and project workflows.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance protocols.
Administer budgets, procurement procedures, and vendor partnerships.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Gather and interpret data from LMS platforms, learner analytics, and feedback systems for reporting.
Detect trends and propose improvements based on data insights.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen efficiency and scalability.
RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in digital learning development and LMS administration, preferably in higher education and a supervisory role.
Experience
Proficient in managing major LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments.
Preferred / Advantageous
Master's degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant discipline.
Familiarity with video editing tools and content authoring software (e.g., Articulate, H5P), including accessibility standards.
Experience working in multi-institutional, online, or blended learning contexts.
