Job Description

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, Advertising or equivalent.
• Proficient with digital marketing skills and illustration software (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, AI, Photoshop and video editing softwares etc).
• Min 3 years experiences managing digital marketing programs.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin (speak, read and write).
• Digital savvy and possess extensive experience in various social media platforms, digital marketing and content management.
• Proven capability of managing a marketing team, ability to set and prioritize goals
• Strong commercial-sense, excellent communication skill and analytical-mindset
• Able to commence immediately.

• Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
• Be responsible to manage and improve all aspect of Digital Marketing Strategies for relevant platforms available within the group of companies of FINEX, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
• Drive the brand\'s unique proposition and narrative throughout the relevant digital community.
• Content creation, copywriting, campaign scheduling, re-targeting, and SEO.
• To build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification and engagement to drive brand and business.
• Be responsible for the overall digital budget of the brand tracking, the performances and the budget spend.
• To plan, drive and manage online sales and marketing campaigns including standard paid ads, social marketing, blogging etc.
• Identifying KPIs and reporting the measures of effectiveness in social media strategies.
• To be able to have an integrated approach towards reviewing and recommending strategies for the company\'s overall digital marketing strategies.
• Evaluate market conditions and competitors\' activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing channels through analytic reports or FB insights.
• Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends.
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews and negative news communication when needed.
• Any other tasks being assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
