• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics, is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including online advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Social Media Management: Managing and maintaining company\'s social media accounts, including content posting, audience engagement, and increasing followers and subscribers.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Responsible for optimizing website content to improve ranking in search engines, increase website traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Managing and optimizing paid search advertising campaigns to increase website visibility and conversion rates.
• Creating and publishing various forms of content to attract audiences and increase brand exposure.
• Designing and executing email marketing campaigns, including writing email content, managing email lists, and analyzing results.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital marketing data, producing reports, and providing recommendations to optimize marketing activities and achieve performance objectives.
• Partner Relationship Management: Managing relationships with partners, agents, and suppliers to support the implementation and promotion of digital marketing activities.
• Brand Management: Ensuring all digital marketing activities align with company brand identity and image, protecting and enhancing brand value.
