Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/ Media, Business Studies, E-commerce, Psychology or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Good understanding about e-commerce industry and consumer behavior.
• Knowledgeable on how market places (i.e. Lazada, Shopee and TikTok) work and ability to analyze its metrics.
• Proficiency in Analytics Tools and Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel and PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Digital Marketing tools/ metrics (e.g. SEM, SEO and Social Media Marketing).
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Highly independent, resourceful and self-motivated.
• Effective communication skills, time management skills and problem-solving skills.
• Multilingual and proficiency in photo editing software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, execute and coordinate advertising/ marketing strategies and campaigns for company\'s branding and store at market places and social media platform.
• Research and analyze on market trends, consumer market and competitor performance.
• Prepare, develop and manage social media content that drive traffic, engagement and convert target customers and grow Company branding.
• Ensure online advertising/marketing campaigns are effectively optimized within the budget and timeframe.
• Provide regular internal report and analysis to ensure marketing strategies is up to date.
• Work closely with the team in developing branding materials, campaign concepts and marketing collaterals to support the company\'s overall marketing plan and objectives.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks when required.
