Overview: As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will drive our digital presence, leveraging multiple platforms to increase our brand visibility, engagement and audience reach. Your role will include creating compelling content, executing strategic campaigns, and fostering community interaction in alignment with our artistic vision. Job Type: Part-time, hybrid work setting Responsibilities: Content Strategy Execute social media strategies aligned with company goals and performances. Create engaging and innovative content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Community Engagement Foster a vibrant online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments/messages and starting conversations. Monitor trends and conversations and use insights to inform content planning. Identify and engage with influencers, artists and industry partners for collaboration and promotional opportunities. Campaign Management Execute social media campaigns to promote events, ticket sales, workshops and educational programmes. Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimise strategies for maximum impact. Qualifications: Diploma in marketing, communications, digital media or related field. Minimum 2 years of social media management experience, preferably in the arts, entertainment or cultural sector. Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment. Understand current social media marketing trends and best practices. Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods.
