• Fluent communication in English & Mandarin (verbal & written), Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ecommerce or related field
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management (relevant to the bedsheet & curtains industry is preferred)
• Possess creative content writing & digital / social media knowledge.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and email campaigns will be an added advantage
• Experience in live-streaming and e-commerce management will be a plus
• Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work independently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising and content trends and technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Fast learner and passion for sales

• Candidate must have experience with or understanding of e-commerce/online sales through website and app.
• Able to develop and implement strategy to increase online awareness and sales through various B2C platforms including execution of online promotions.
• Creating original and engaging social media content, such as text posts, images and videos for use on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more
• Daily monitor and reply customer inquiries appropriately across all e-commerce platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices. Manage to follow up with customers\' requests, enquiries, orders etc;
• Manage bedsheet packing staffs and their operations.
• Planning, initiating and executing online marketing campaigns on social media platforms
• Communicating with vendors and influencers to increase outreach and effectiveness of free and paid ads content
• Assist in all marketing related activities and any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
