Job Description


Digital Marketing Activities Social Media Marketing - establishing positive & impactful CCB social media presence on major platforms. Creating shareable content & advertorials on social networks and applications to spread brand awareness & promoting CCB as the preferred partner of choice for Mercedes-Benz vehicle. SEO & SEM - plan, manage & execute search engine strategies by using relevant keywords & all form of content. Stay updated and fully aware of the latest algorithm updates & factors that affect search ranking and strategically consider those algorithms in content creation and distribution strategies to attract and engage target market. Manage and work closely with agencies for digital marketing content, social media and listening; and being able to understand the digital reports provided for improvement. Manage all company\'s websites and updates related to marketing. Data analytic - collect & process data from various online interactions & footprints of target market (eg. Google Analytic, social media, content consumed, search queries, etc) & pick up data insight and propose actionable next step for future campaigns. Content Marketing - work closely with Brand & PR to develop high quality & SEO-friendly content (findable, relevant & reputable), and optimize SEO / SEM to effectively get audiences to engage. Email & mobile marketing - plan, manage & execute relevant & meaningful electronic mail campaigns, design and content to connect & build relationship with current & prospective customers at the right time. Understands how other aspects of marketing, brand & PR can leverage on social media & digital. Contribute in strategizing, developing and managing execution of social media & digital marketing projects. Monitor competition online presence and propose better communication & strategy for our improvement. Participate and contribute in all digital marketing, communication and initiatives by the company or group. Support any ad-hoc marketing and customer events. Budget Online media buy and advertisement - Plan, manage and optimize paid online media advertising on digital and social channels to achieve immediate objective, budget allocation and target audiences. Accountable to manage and update digital marketing media buy budget accurately in a timely manner & drive return of investment. Track, analyze and measure all online marketing campaigns & platform performance metric (ROI and meaningful KPIs) and provide regular internal reports & key learning for future campaign recommendation. -
