Job Description


Developing digital marketing strategies, activation and solution for a new brand in the company from market research to the development of innovative campaigns to achieve the marketing objectives of the company. Working closely across departments to ensure the digital activities align with the global policy.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of effective digital communication tools through monitoring consumer markets and the digital market trends. The key responsibilities include:

  • Planning for the annual budgeting relating to the brand
  • Translating the brand strategies into digital execution to strengthen the brand presence in the market by observing the consumer engagement
  • Ensuring the brand strategies align with the global policy in terms of brand positioning in the consumer market
  • Driving the activation of digital events and identifying innovative ways to reach to the target audience
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Sales Team to ensure alignment with the integrated digital activities in the company
  • Monitoring brand performance, analyzing the consumer trend and competitor\'s activities
  • Responsible for the performance of all digital marketing campaigns including preparing reports to assess ROI and KPI
  • Working together with local and global digital agencies to ensure effectiveness of the digital initiatives

The successful candidate shall be an individual with minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with e-commerce background. Other requirements include:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or any other related field.
  • Strong communication skills especially fluency in English
  • Proven track record in developing brand and marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, social media platforms and media channels
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and possess the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present reports on digital marketing performance
