Job Description


Xsolla is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (middle to senior level) to join our Xsolla Education Team (XTRA). This role is critical in developing and implementing effective Digital Marketing Strategy to promote the key Xsolla Academy projects and attract highly qualified global instructors and partners and other stakeholders.

The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of successful B2C performance marketing and social media campaigns and E-Commerce with clear metrics to measure the effectiveness of these campaigns.

To thrive in this position, the candidate must possess strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional digital, creative and operational teams. The DMM will work across and with several different teams in product, marketing, production, and design, as well as communicate with key stakeholders including business heads, marketing directors. At the same time, the candidate is expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry and in marketing and be able to identify new opportunities and address challenges with their suite of products and solutions. \

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and deliver all of the digital marketing campaigns, websites and social media assets for the Xsolla Academy
  • Develop and execute digital, e-commerce, go-to-market strategy (B2C) of Xsolla Online Academy and Xsolla Agency that coincides with Xsolla and Xsolla Education goals and objectives as well as the objectives set by the business;
  • Create strong marketing briefs to be used by the product team, business development teams, and external marketing agencies in their execution of project and marketing campaigns;
  • Develop and implement a communication strategy for the Xsolla Academy and the Xsolla Online Academy, Xsolla Agency brands, agreed with stakeholders and the Global marketing team of Xsolla;
  • Planne, execute and manage content and campaigns on social networks;
  • Launch paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, measure their effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the campaigns;
  • Create and distribute visual content through the appropriate social media channels aimed at driving engagement for the brand and conversion for student registrations;
  • Based on ready-made solutions, develop a bundle of integrations between analytics systems, CRM and LMS for seamless analytics of the customer journey and the ability to manage repeat sales through marketing;
  • Create various types of content assets, including but not limited to pitch decks, emails, ebooks, blogs, one-pagers, booklets, videos, speaking engagement scripts, landing pages, and more;
  • Plan and execute the marketing budget for the Xsolla Online Academy and the Xsolla Agency;
  • Collect into a report and analyze data from the customer journey in the marketing and sales unit.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A bachelor\'s in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques necessarily
  • Previous experience in B2C marketing leadership roles, preferably within the education sector, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to analyze marketing metrics, track campaign performance, and use data to make informed decisions
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and resource allocation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the project\'s goals and objectives
NICE TO HAVE
  • Previous experience in B2C marketing
  • In-depth understanding of the processes of working with marketing strategy, sales funnel and budget
  • Experience in bringing a product to market from scratch
  • Commercial competence
  • Jira Atlassian suite and/or equivalent project management software proficiency
