The Role

  • Manage the development and execution of Corporate digital marketing programs, including SEM/SEO, marketing automation, social media, website and online advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements, website traffic, social media impression and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Director of Sales & Marketing and Corporate Marketing team to develop digital marketing activities to support campaign strategies and business goals.
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends and implement these new technologies to enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
  • Support and execute the B2B digital demand generation strategy, including development with all inbound and outbound tactics, including emails, landing pages, forms and workflows.
  • Works with Corporate Marketing team to verify the Hotel\'s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with Director of Sales & Marketing and Corporate Marketing team to report success of the resort\'s digital marketing performance.
  • Keeps abreast of competition and its collateral, advertising, and marketing efforts and constantly evolving digital and marketing trends.
Talent Profile
  • Degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major.
  • 4 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing trend.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa. Other language such as Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and maintains a positive attitude when interacting with associates and guests.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced working environment.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
