Digital Partnership Manager
Job description
:
- Manage digital partnership opportunities, ensuring compliance with BNM guidelines, AML CTF, and internal bank risk framework.
- Identify new partnership and business opportunities, developing tailored banking products to meet market needs.
- Build relationships with local and regional teams and stakeholders to implement risk and security governance processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and market research to identify areas of opportunity for partnerships.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Measure project performance, identify areas for improvement, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Manage agreements and contracts with partners and vendors, ensuring task assignment and timely deliverables.
- Has 5-8 years of experience in consulting, partnership, and project management.
- Knowledge in banking risk and governance framework, risk, and compliance is an advantage.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
- Exhibits excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and display strong stakeholder management.
