  • Work closely with media planning team in developing media strategy and manage multi-market operations as collective team.
  • A digital expert in managing all paid media campaigns across channels like Search, Social, Video, etc independently and executive error-free campaigns across digital platforms and optimizing towards the strategies for best results.
  • Manage client communication confidently to understand their business requirement, address their queries, and be a point of contact of escalations.
  • Perform analysis of large performance media data sets to extract valuable business insights. Measure and assess the reports to evaluate end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Build case studies to highlight the good work and participate in the prestigious events to win awards.
  • Stay abreast with industry trends, new features, and drive innovation,
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the key platforms and support daily operations.
  • Training and mentoring executives to take up implementations across platforms
QualificationsREQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate, post graduate level of formal education or equivalent working experience.
  • 5+ years\' demonstrable work experience in digital marketing and martech domain with strong experience in performance marketing and online acquisition tactics, hands-on with optimization tools.
  • Good communication skills to work with client independently and lead the digital marketing discussions confidently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to understand client\'s business requirements and recommend tactics accordingly.
  • Acute analytical skills and a data-driven mentality to suggest primary an secondary KPIs in paid media activities and optimize to deliver better results.
  • Excellent time management and flexible to work extra hours to meet tight deadlines without compromising on the results.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor a team of juniors in managing daily operations and responsible for their upskilling.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up or dynamic high-growth company a plus
