Oversee website optimization efforts, including SEO, user experience, and conversion rate optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to provide strategic recommendations and innovative solutions. Generate comprehensive reports and insights to communicate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Monitor industry benchmarks, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in a digital marketing role. Able to speak and understand in Mandarin is a plus. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and best practices. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. Experience in managing and optimizing SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Familiarity with web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and data visualization platforms. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and manage client relationships. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
