A new Digital Solutions Manager job has recently become available at an renowned FinTech company.

About the Digital Solutions Manager Role:
You will be assisting the Head of Department in developing the next generation of products and service. You will also be working closely with existing product team throughout digital innovation life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading digital and innovation initiative, providing architecture and technology oversight and guidance, establish and execute digital and innovation processes and standards
• Work closely with existing products team throughout entire digital innovation life cycle through synthesisation of new digital innovation ideas into existing products to provide an enduring competitive advantage
• Articulate product vision to achieve market leadership, and translate the vision into product requirements, features and functionality
• Project management (where applicable, to co-manage) on the implementation of new/enhance products and services
• Maintain organisational effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing new initiatives
• Direct technological research by studying the organisation's goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
• Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating project outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing the organisation's standards
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in product management and product discovery.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years' experience in areas relating Electronic Banking, Retail Banking, Transactional (Wholesale) Banking or Card Services
• Strong leadership qualities, aggressive and results-oriented
• Good writing and analytical skills
• Industry awareness and passion for digital innovation
• Understanding of digital trends, digital solutions and technologies within the digital economy landscape
• Methodological thinker, with strong experience with process/customer journey mapping
• Ability to lead a meeting/discussion with external parties such as banks and merchants/corporate businesses
