An exciting Digital Transformation & Change Management job has just become available at a well-known bank based in Kuala Lumpur. This person will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, and manage change to support the bank\'s digital strategy.

About the Digital Transformation & Change Management Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the bank\'s digital target operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and design the banks digital target operating model, aligning it with the business objectives
• Identify digital opportunities and drive innovation to enhance customer experience
• Analyse existing processes and identify existing opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvement
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives
• Create effective communication plans and training for change management
• Identify any potential risks and challenges associated with the digital transformation and change initiatives

To succeed in this Digital Transformation & Change Management role, you will need a strong background in digital transformation, process optimisation and change management.

Key Requirements:

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, digital target operating model design and change management within the financial services industry
• Experience leading large-scale transformation projects
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• Process improvement, automation
