Vacancy Description Responsible for the implementation, development and smooth opening of the Dim Sum Kitchen Operation. Tasks & Responsibilities 1. Ensures that the Dim Sum Kitchen is managed efficiently and according to the established concept statements. 2. Organize food production in a cost effective and hygienic manner. 3. Prepare menu in accordance with quality, availability and seasonality ingredients and ensure market lists are completed on a daily and weekly basis. 4. Assist in formulating, coordinating and supervising all menu planning and implementation in the Dim Sum Kitchen. 5. Ensure food standards and presentations are maintained and continuously improved. 6. Together with Executive Chinese Chef be responsible for training and discipline of all Chinese Kitchen colleagues. To foster teamwork with others by working with all stakeholders in the Group in a cooperative and friendly manner. 3. To be fully aware of and be in full compliance with all laws and regulations that affect your job functions or the industry you are involved in. 7. To exercise reasonable care and caution to ensure that the confidentiality of Company\'s documents and all material information in relation to the business is not compromised. 8. To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s). 9.
