Proficiency in Cantonese (speak and listen)
Fluent in Traditional mandarin and English (Verbal, read, typing)
Have no issue to work on 24 hours Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
Able to start working on 9th September
Have no issue to be fully work based at Subang Jaya, Selangor office.
Tanggungjawab
Handling inbound calls, Emails, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of service & accurate information.
Work in team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA
Respond to customer questions or resolve problem related to their reservation or payment.
Review and approve request for booking cancellation and refunds.
Act as phone support for the booking platform.
Manfaat
Monthly salary: Basic RM4,700 + up to RM300 KPI Allowance + RM20/day Transportation allowance (10pm - 6am)
