Job Description


  • Have no issue to work on 24 hours Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
  • Able to start working on 9th September
  • Have no issue to be fully work based at Subang Jaya, Selangor office.
Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound calls, Emails, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
  • To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of service & accurate information.
  • Work in team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA
  • Respond to customer questions or resolve problem related to their reservation or payment.
  • Review and approve request for booking cancellation and refunds.
  • Act as phone support for the booking platform.

  • Monthly salary: Basic RM4,700 + up to RM300 KPI Allowance + RM20/day Transportation allowance (10pm - 6am)
