Why does this job exist and why is it critical CANDIDATE PROFILE An in-depth understanding of the telecommunication landscape or digital ecosystem. 8 - 10 years of proven experience of working in telecommunications or digital sector. Good knowledge of marketing and sales processes. Resourceful and independent. Ability to analyze customer demand, requirements and functional needs. Excellent soft, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong business acumen. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Pitch and onboard Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) merchant portfolio.. Build relationships with new and existing partners. Engage in regular market and commercial discussions, address concerns and escalations, and ensure partnerships\' success through quarterly business reviews and regular touch points.. Manage the commercial process funnel end to end through to deal completion.. Lead and support initiatives to identify and present new business opportunities that will drive incremental value to customers and Maxis.. Build solid internal relationships with all the key stakeholders. Prepare and present data-driven business review with internal stakeholders and key partners.. Key metrics for the role are not only revenue targets but also sustainable growth, customer survivability, subscription attach rate.
