The Role Responsibilities Job Role The Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team drives and executes the overall strategic transformation agenda. The team works under the guidance of the Global Head, Portfolio Analytics and Programme Management. The office also collaborates closely with other senior business and functional leaders in the bank to build and drive the bank-wide transformation. The Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team sits within GTO and is the driving force for defining and implementing the Ways of Working (WoW). The WoW is a critical component of the Group\'s Strategy. We are transforming how we govern and oversee delivery of our investment spend, by differentiating between initiatives that support Ongoing Delivery (OD) versus those that support Transformational Change (TC). ECM is responsible for the standards, processes, tools, assurance and oversight of change delivery. The Governance, Standards and Control (GSC) team within ECM defines the standards, processes, and controls for change delivery. The standards that cover Ways of Working provide guidance and guardrails for over $1.8bn of change delivery. The GSC team is also responsible for relationships with three lines of defence, regulators and the assurance testing over all key controls. This role will require the successful individual to work across all aspects of the Ways of Working transformation, including how we standardise and simplify our change delivery, how we provide timely and efficient assurance, and provide support for the scoping, shaping, solutioning and execution the Ways of Working. The individual will gain first hand exposure to organisational transformation. The candidate will require excellent coordination, consultation, project management, communication, risk management and stakeholder management skills to fulfil the role successfully. As the team responsible for defining how the Group delivers its change agenda, it is critical that the GSC team provides the right support, guidance, training and education to all practitioners so that they can perform their roles effectively. This role will face off to multiple stakeholders across the Group. The standards define tooling, key processes, governance, control and roles and responsibilities. It is a critical component of the successful delivery of Ways of Working. Strategy Implement and drive the Ways of Working transformation, including how we standardise and simplify our change delivery, how we provide timely and efficient assurance, and provide support for the scoping, shaping, solutioning and execution the Ways of Working. Business Represent the ECM function in meetings with internal and external parties (Group Internal Audit, regulators, auditors, etc) relating to governance, agile transformation and WoW Standards. Fulfil the role of trusted advisor to Businesses / Functions regarding implementing the Change Governance Policy and standards. Provide planning and development of implementation roadmaps for transformation initiatives. Help support ECM\'s assurance team in defining key controls, metrics and reporting. Help define the Ways of Working Standards and associated training and roll-out. Processes Drive excellence in change delivery governance as a subject matter expert, encouraging consistent application and compliance. Manage key stakeholder relationships with governance partners including Technology, Audit, Risk, etc. Proactively identify trends and systemic issues related to change delivery over time. Lead governance related activities including GNFRC reporting, top-down reviews, etc. Drive backlog of changes for enhancements to WoW Standards. Engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior management, including Plc Board Group Management Team CIOs, COOs, CFOs SIRF Members Group Transformation Office Technology Group Internal Audit FP&A Group Operational Risk Programme accountable executives, programme managers, product owners, test managers, testing staff, delivery team members Our Ideal Candidate Excellent communications and presentation skills with ability to adjust communication styles to suit the type of target audience. Excellent knowledge of change management, agile principles, risk management and good knowledge of technology change. Experience engaging with teams that are geographically dispersed and with virtual teams in a complex, matrix organisation. Detailed knowledge and experience in both agile and classic project delivery and governance. All round knowledge of banking industry, associated compliance and regulatory constraints. Previous roles within large transformation programmes, agile delivery and agile at scale. Experience interacting with and influencing C-level stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills. Previous experience in a standard owner team. Certification Certifications / qualifications in agile methodologies or frameworks like SAFe.
